Reshaping: Helping People Understand Their Emotional Processes
Reshaping is a workbook designed to help individuals 'smooth out' their personal emotional literacy skills. It guides users through short, easy-to-digest activities to provide assistance in better understanding themselves and their emotional processes. The workbook has 4 sections that focus on different aspects of emotional literacy. Each section includes various types of activities with ranging levels of complexity and emotional depth. This workbook offers many levels of self-insight, equipping users with tools to suit their unique needs. This is my capstone project for the MacEwan Bachelor of Design program. It was a year long project that utilized user-based research to inform the design process.
